Freepost

As with the Business Reply Service, you can pre-print Freepost reply envelopes to enclose with your postal communications. The major difference between the two services is that with the Freepost Service, your customer or prospect can reply using their own stationery. This makes it more flexible: you can use the address in press, radio or TV ads, giving more people the chance to reply to you.

The main point to note with this service, is that there is more flexibility than with Business Reply, but the Freepost image tends to be associated more with a service for consumers.

We regret that the Freepost Services are not available in the Republic of Ireland. Although other overseas destinations are not covered by these licenses, there are similar services available from the Post Office, designed especially for International use. Please contact
