 We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join our Operational Leadership Team as a Delivery Office Manager, working within our largest and most business-critical division, which operates 7 days a week. This is a varied, hands‑on leadership role offering genuine scope to influence performance, shape change and develop your career.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will take responsibility for the performance of a delivery office and its people. This includes:

This is a fast paced role where no two days are the same, suited to someone who relishes operational complexity, excels in people leadership, and is constantly looking for ways to make things better.

Working pattern: Full‑time, operating on a 5‑day rota between Monday and Sunday, with some flexibility to meet operational needs.
