Job Description

Isle of Man Post Office is looking to strengthen the management team within its Letters and Parcels divisions and is seeking an experienced operational manager.

Leading a team of postal staff to ensure the effective and efficient mail collection and delivery service to residents and businesses alike.

Isle of Man Post Office is a customer driven organisation that is transforming the way it competes in the marketplace, to ensure it becomes increasingly successful in the competitive market of parcel delivery. The ideal candidate would therefore have experience of managing organisational change and can demonstrate continuous improvement through revised working processes in the pursuit of customer excellence and effective cost control.

Key Skills

You must be a confident, motivated and committed team player, with logistical management experience and a clear focus on customer service, ideally with experience of managing a unionised workforce.
