Temporary part-time Mailroom/Franking Assistant

Job Description

Our Business Solutions Mailroom department based at IOMPO HQ are seeking to appoint 2 temporary part-time Mailroom/Franking Assistants on a 6 month limited term basis.

The working pattern for these roles is 12.5 hours per week, 4:30pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Our Business Solutions Mailroom is the largest mailing house on the island offering a range of document management services including mail opening,
printing, fulfilment, scanning and franking.

The principal duty of this role will include the sortation of mail and recording customer data on the relevant job sheet working to the departmental
ISO certifications.
