ISO/IEC 27001:2013

Secure Direct Mail was the first printing, scanning and mailing specialist in the Isle of Man and Channel Islands to achieve the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard. The only accreditation that matters when it comes to protecting your data. Our ISO accreditation is the internationally recognised standard for establishing, maintaining and continuously improving an information security management system. Data security controls must be in place to protect customer confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. In short, your peace of mind comes as standard.

Our Secure Direct Mail division is rigorously tested on a regular basis by an independent auditor – Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA). These are the acknowledged management systems experts, qualified in information security. They were satisfied that the technical security infrastructure and processes we have in place for dealing with your data are of the highest standard and meet the requirements of the accreditation.

ISO9001

Our ISO9001 accreditation means our systems have been audited and meet the world's highest recognised standard for the processes we run and the service we provide.

ISO9001 sets the standard not only for quality management systems, but management systems in general. It provides organisations with the foundations to better customer satisfaction, staff motivation and continual improvement. In addition, the accreditation gives Secure Direct Mail the framework it needs to monitor and improve its performance in any area it chooses.

Having ISO9001 gives Secure Direct Mail improved product, process and service quality along with a system of continuous improvement.
