In the run up to Christmas we are implementing some service enhancement trials in certain areas. The aim is to increase customer satisfaction for first time parcel delivery. Customer participation in the trials is optional.
Earlier this year we ran some customer surveys and focus groups. Based on the feedback, we know that our customers want convenient access to postal services and convenient delivery options. We also know that they don't want to wait around for parcels to arrive.
These service enhancements include:
Trials will be effective from Monday 21st November to Saturday 14th January inclusive.

If these service enhancements prove to be successful they will be extended throughout the retail network in 2017.
