The Royal Wedding celebrated with a special sheetlet

To celebrate the royal wedding of HRH Prince Henry of Wales and Ms. Meghan Markle, the Isle of Man Post Office has issued a special sheetlet, which features images of the happy couple taken on their wedding day.

Fifth in line to the throne, Prince Harry has been dating Ms. Markle, known widely for her leading role in the US television drama Suits, since July 2016. Prince Harry asked Ms. Markle's father's permission to marry in the summer of 2017, and proposed in November 2017 at his Nottingham Cottage, Kensington Palace.

The royal wedding was arguably the most eagerly anticipated event of 2018 and took place at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle on the 19th May 2018. The Chapel is one of the most hallowed shrines of the British monarchy; within its walls, great kings are buried, including Prince Harry's great-great grandfather George V, his great grandparents King George VI and Queen Elizabeth, Her Majesty's beloved parents.

The sheetlet which captures the most beautiful, standout images of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex  is the final product added to complete the Harry & Meghan - A Celebration collection which was issued in March to mark their engagement.

Featuring four stamps and two stamp labels, each features a standout image from either the engagement photo call or the royal wedding day
and is presented in a beautiful wrap with text about the wonderful occasion.
