Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service, supporting colleagues, and helping to drive operational excellence? We’re excited to open applications for a Customer Services Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join a busy environment supporting both personal and business customers.
This role consists of shift hours between 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday and from 8.30am-1pm Saturdays (on a rotational basis).
You will create impact by:
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience across face-to-face, telephone and written communication
- Ensuring transactions are processed accurately, securely and in line with procedures
- Acting as a trusted first point of contact, resolving queries efficiently and professionally
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of services within a busy operational environment
- Contributing to team performance by sharing knowledge, maintaining standards and supporting colleagues

- High level of accuracy, with good numeracy and attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems and following procedures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
