Sharon has worked for the Post Office for 22 years and specifically in Customer Services since 2000, where she has gained a diverse knowledge and experience in this area.
Sharon is responsible for the Customer Services team of 13 which encompasses Parcelforce, Redirections, Claims, General Enquiries, Foreign Exchange together with the public posting counter/notice left at Douglas Sorting Office.
Sharon is a part of Mary's team which includes the Retail Network and Licensing
