Simon joined the Isle of Man Post Office in 2016 as our Director of Innovation and Technology, bringing with him a wealth of business change knowledge and experience from a range of financial sector companies operating internationally. As Director of Innovation and Technology, Simon was responsible for IT support and delivering a diverse range of corporate projects which all supported our manifesto of being an innovative postal organisation.
In his role as CEO, he provides strategic and operational business leadership and direction in a rapidly changing postal environment, ensuring the business is effective in carrying out its statutory duties and commercial activities to the benefit of the local economy. He brings his understanding of business change and IT systems to the role to ensure the ongoing success of Isle of Man Post Office in this increasingly digital world.
Lisa has worked for Isle of Man Post Office since 2002 and has extensive knowledge of the business and wider postal industry having undertaken a variety of roles during this time.
Lisa leads the business' four divisions in achieving their profit targets through the successful delivery of their business plans and ensures IOMPO provides an efficient and professional service to our customers.
Since 2010 she has been an Executive Director providing strategic, commercial and operational advice to the Board.
Lisa successfully completed the Institute of Directors Certificate in 2017.
Martin joined the Isle of Man Post Office in 2018 as our Finance Director, having previously held senior positions with local offices of international accountancy firms.
As a Chartered Accountant he is a highly motivated finance professional with a successful track record and extensive management experience.
He benefits from a wide range of experience working with both commercial and public sector bodies, and is therefore well positioned to lead our Finance, Commercial and Compliance & Procurement teams, and to complement the Executive team in delivering our operational and strategic objectives.
As General Manager for Mails Strategy, Geoff is responsible for realising the current five year strategic plan, by improving current cost efficiency and developing new revenue opportunities to help off-set the continuing reduction in traditional letter volumes and income. This includes expanding the use of automation and technology and identifying improved ways of working to meet the demands of our customers including introducing five-day letter deliveries, ensuring value for money from our contracts and reducing non-essential costs, as well as working with local companies to try to generate win / win delivery opportunities.
As Interim General Manager of Mails, Noel is responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency within our core postal services. This includes the collection, processing and despatch of Isle of Man posted mail to the UK and worldwide and the receipt, sortation, preparation and delivery of incoming mail, through our Douglas Mail Centre and Northern, Southern and Peel Delivery Offices. Noel joined Isle of Man Post Office in 2000 as a postman.

Russell joined the Isle of Man Post Office in 2003 and has since worked in various roles throughout the business, including as Sales Manager from 2009, and Strategic Projects Manager from 2014.
Since 2017 Russell has held the role of General Manager of Integrated Mailing Solutions, IOMPO's business services division. Russell's responsibilities include leading a team of thirty to provide excellent service to IOMPO's corporate customers, and enhance performance while maintaining the division's various accreditations.

Having worked in Isle of Man Post Office's Stamps & Coins division since 1981, Maxine has an extensive wealth of knowledge and experience in this area.
Maxine's responsibility is for her team to produce high quality, innovative stamp issues to attract both old and new collectors and build on the international reputation this division holds by philatelists throughout the world.

Niall joined Isle of Man Post Office in 2013 with 20 years' experience in offshore banking, joinging us from the Bank of Ireland Isle of Man, where he held the position of Senior Relationship Director, managing the Bank's business development teams and also his own portfolio of High Net Worth corporate and personal clients.
Niall joined Isle of Man Post Office as Commercial Manager where he led the Business Development Team who are responsible for sales and account management activities, as well as providing general support to corporate customers. Now as Head of Commercial Niall is tasked with developing and implementing strategies for all commercial and marketing activities across the business, along with identifying new markets and new products and services.

Ben joined the Isle of Man Post Office in 2011, and is currently the Deputy Commercial Manager. He attained a First Class Degree in Strategic Marketing Management, followed by sales and marketing roles at a local telecom provider. Ben has held a variety of roles within the IOMPO Commercial team, including as sales support administrator and as an Account manager successfully managing large and bespoke transactional mail campaigns.
Ben is responsible for managing Key Commercial Clients and the day-to-day operation of the Account Management team. The role of the Account Management team are to develop and grow new and existing relationships, promoting a suite of current and innovative commercial products for our IMS, Retail and Mail divisions. The Commercial Team manage a combination of local, national and international customers.

Paul joined the Isle of Man Post Office in 2016 and works as a Senior Relationship Manager for the Commercial Team. He brings with him 30 years of experience working in various sectors on the island covering public, commercial, and government industries.
Paul is skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Sales, Management, and Business Development with an innovative approach to clients, while working as a Director of his own training company for 11 years, Paul provided training services to commercial & private sector clients, demonstrating excellent returns on investment.
Paul is responsible for building new and existing relationships for the Commercial Department and the promotion of new services and products.

Paul Mathieson-Nelson joined the Isle of Man Post Office in 2017 as a Senior Relationship Manager. Paul's appointment reinforces the company's commitment and offering during a period of change and challenges for the industry. He supports the Commercial department and focuses on the many services the Isle of Man Post Office has to offer.
Paul has a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years within the Isle of Man Business sectors, bringing versatility and a proactive approach which complements the Isle of Man Post Office's strong focus on introducing new services to meet changing social trends and a desire to continue embracing digital solutions to meet and comply with our customer's own needs and expectations.
Mary Gaffney is General Manager of IOMPO Retail Network, Customer Services and Vehicle Licensing. She has responsibility for developing IOMPO Retail network to be sustainable for our valued customers and sub post masters.
Along with her team, she is responsible for delivering high standards of customer satisfaction and developing products which improve customer experience and meets customer needs.
Sharon has worked for the Post Office for 22 years and specifically in Customer Services since 2000, where she has gained a diverse knowledge and experience in this area.
Sharon is responsible for the Customer Services team of 13 which encompasses Parcelforce, Redirections, Claims, General Enquiries, Foreign Exchange together with the public posting counter/notice left at Douglas Sorting Office.
Sharon is a part of Mary's team which includes the Retail Network and Licensing
