Job Description
The Change Delivery Team is seeking to recruit a dynamic and results-driven full-time Project Manager / Business Analyst for a period of 12 months. This hybrid role will play a pivotal role in delivering change that directly improves organisational performance, efficiency, and service quality leading cross-functional projects from initiation to completion while also performing in-depth business analyse to support strategic decision –making. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, budget, and stakeholder communications, as well as gathering and analysing business requirements to drive process improvements and technology solutions. This contract offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives within a collaborative environment.
We are looking for somebody who:
- Has an understanding of project management methodologies
- Has knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, including requirements gathering, process modelling, and gap analysis
- Has awareness of change management principles and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Has competence with project documentation, reporting standards, and business case development
- Has strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate problems and design effective solutions
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholder groups
- Has a proven ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Has confident facilitation and negotiation capabilities to drive consensus and clarity
- Has competence in using project and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Excel)
- Has high attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Has experience leading or coordinating projects through full lifecycle stages
- Has demonstrated experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements
- Has a track record of delivering process or service improvements with measurable outcomes
- Has experience working in multi-disciplinary teams across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Key Skills
Main Responsibilities include:
Project Management
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Manage risks, issues, and project resources
- Develop and oversee project plans and budgets
- Coordinate project staff and timelines
- Track deliverables and ensure quality assurance
- Communicate progress and present reports to stakeholders
- Implement project changes and evaluate results.
Business Analysis
- Represent customer business needs throughout the project
- Define, document, and validate business requirements
- Conduct gap analysis and develop detailed requirements
- Ensure business requirements are reflected in designs
- Create end-user and technical support documentation
