Senior Customer Services Officer

Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and shaping how we support our customers? We’re looking for a Senior Customer Services Officer to help strengthen our Customer Services function by championing customer service best practices and ensuring we deliver a consistently high‑quality, customer‑focused service.

In this role, you’ll use your expertise to identify, promote, and embed best practice across the team. You’ll support colleagues in real time, handle complex queries, and help improve the customer journey by refining processes, enhancing service consistency, and spotting opportunities for improvement. You’ll also assist with monitoring call volumes, KPIs, and SLAs to help maintain strong performance standards.
