Collectable folder to celebrate TT legend Geoff Duke OBE is selling fast

2013 sees Geoff Duke OBE celebrate his 90th birthday and to help mark this significant milestone a special label sheet and folder has been produced and is proving very popular with TT fans around the world.

The folder contains a potted history of Geoff's lifetime achievements through photographs and an exclusive commentary by his son Peter Duke. This true collectable includes our 90th birthday pictorial sheet of stamps and a facsimile of a rare vintage publication 'The TT as Geoff Duke sees it' – a terrific booklet which answers such questions as 'what gear did you use coming into Signpost Corner?' or 'how fast did you take Ballaugh Bridge? There is also a special stamps and label sheet which captures highlights from Geoff's illustrious career.

Geoff's son Peter Duke says he is thrilled with the special folder:

"I'm really pleased that the Isle of Man Post Office is celebrating my father's 90th birthday with such a magnificent collectable item. Dad is the oldest surviving TT and Manx Grand Prix winner and although he has not raced for many years, it's wonderful his long career is remembered and celebrated and I know dad is very honoured with this gesture."

Peter continued:

"The commentary which is in the folder contains some of my personal anecdotes about dad as well as some funny stories which may have previously been untold - it certainly makes for an interesting read."
