Christmas came early for this year's Post Office competition winner

On December 22, lucky Post Office Christmas competition winner Deborah Taubman and three others enjoyed their bumper prize of a spectacularly festive night out in Douglas.

The Post Office received hundreds of entries in this year's competition, significantly more than last year and was delighted when winning ticket holder Deborah of Ramsey accepted her prize. The evening began with a pre-show meal for four at Sir Norman's followed by tickets to this year's fabulous Christmas panto, 'Puss in Boots and the Three Musketeers' along with an exclusive backstage pass where each individual had the opportunity to meet with cast members, before their return taxi home from the Gaiety.

Commenting on the evening, Deborah Taubman said: "What a great treat this has been! Thank you to the Post Office. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening at the pantomime and the meal at Sir Norman's along with the taxi rides. The Post Office's organisation of the night was impeccable; the arrangements they made took all the stress out of getting there."

Deborah goes on to say: "The seats were good in the theatre and the meal was perfect. The icing on the cake was being photographed with the talented cast, it was so enjoyable. The Pantomime was of such high quality and I am going to be recommending it to all my friends and even people I don't know."

Finally, Isle of Man Post Office would like to thank all of this year's Christmas competition entrants for taking part.
