Implementation of Postal Kiosk in Ballasalla Delayed

Isle of Man Post Office wishes to update the residents of Ballasalla regarding the delayed implementation of the self-service touch screen postal kiosk in the Spar, Clagh Vane.

This was principally delayed for some months due to the Covid outbreak on the Island. The implementation has been subsequently postponed at Mannin Retail Limited’s (MRL) request, to allow for the Department of Infrastructure’s planned upgrade work to the building and MRL’s shop refurbishment to be carried out at the same time, to the benefit of all customers. It is hoped the kiosk will be in situ and available for customers to use by 18th October, subject to the timely completion of the building works.

In the meantime, customers can collect parcels from the store between 7am and 8pm seven days a week, which is proving a useful facility for local residents.
