The management and staff of Isle of Man Post Office would like to express their sincere sorrow following the news of the death of Liam O'Neill, Chairman of the Archibald Knox Society.
Liam was a learned and tirelessly energetic proponent for Knox and his work and we benefitted enormously from his expertise and enthusiasm. We feel certain that we are not alone in our admiration for his most significant contribution to Manx culture which will be recognised for many years to come.
We are very grateful to have enjoyed his company and to have known him on a personal level and we offer his wife Geraldine our deepest sympathy for her loss.
