Retail Network Opening Hours

Due to resourcing issues, a number of Post Offices and Notice Left Collection Sites have adjusted their opening times. The revised opening hours can be found by visiting our Branch Finder page.

Collection of Benefits and Pensions Using a Proxy

For any vulnerable people  who are concerned about collecting their benefits or pension from a Post Office due to the threat of Covid-19 Coronavirus, you can nominate a proxy who can collect these benefits on your behalf. The necessary form can be downloaded from this link, or they are available at all sub post offices.

Social Distancing in Post Offices

For the benefit and wellbeing of both our staff and customers and in line with Isle of Man Government’s guidelines on social distancing we would encourage customers to try and maintain a distance of two metres from others when queuing and try to minimise the contact required with the counter staff. If possible we would also appreciate if you were able to use contactless payment methods.

Issuing of Vehicle Licence Discs

Although the Department of Infrastructure have announced they will no longer be issuing Vehicle Licence Discs, Isle of Man Post Office will continue to issue discs to all customers who renew through the post office network or over the phone on 698525.

Retention of Notice Left Items

Items will now be retained at notice left collection sites for 23 days to give customers longer to collect their items. If customers are self-isolating and unable to leave their house they could arrange a redelivery of the item instead.
