Need a written response to your customer letters? Business Reply could be the solution.
Our Business Reply service actively encourages businesses and customers to reply to your letters, by supplying a 'pre-paid' envelope in order for them to send their reply. Simply include a Business Reply card or envelope with your mailing, and only pay postage for the responses you receive. This service may also be used to obtain responses from outside the UK, by using an International Business Reply licence.
To take advantage of this unique service simply complete the downloadable application form below and return it to us, or contact our customer services team on 01624 664664 and we'll process your request over the phone.

If you are an existing business online account holder go to the login page to buy the the relevant Business Reply, however, if you do not have an online account you will need to register for one before you are able to use the online services.
Once logged in to your business account you can order this service and pay online. Payment will be taken during the application process for the licence fee.
We would recommend setting up a direct debit instruction to cover the ongoing campaign costs.
