  1. Complete our online form below to arrange a redelivery
  2. Call into your local sorting office as detailed on your Notice Left card to collect your package. See our post office locator for details of opening hours. Photographic proof of ID (passport or driving licence) is required
  3. Call 01624 664664 to arrange a redelivery
