Following a revision of how post boxes are currently being used by the public, Isle of Man Post Office (IOMPO) will change collection times for post boxes Island-wide as of 27th March 2023. IOMPO has been monitoring the volume of mail posted in each of its post boxes in line with the steady decline of letter volumes. Since the last revision of post box collection times in 2017, letter volumes have dropped by 43%.

There are eighteen mountain and coastal national glens across the Island which have been preserved and maintained in a semi-natural state by Isle of Man Government, specifically by the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.
