Isle of Man Post Office (IOMPO) is advising customers of important upcoming changes required for regulatory compliance.
From 1st April 2026, customers who pay their Manx Utilities, Manx Telecom, Isle of Man Energy, TV Licensing, Isle of Man Government Rates or Fixed Penalty Notice bills at Post Office counters will only be able to pay these bills at the following Post Office counter locations:
In addition, these counters will only be able to accept bill payments where the invoice value (including VAT) is £650 or less.
Customers who prefer not to use a Post Office counter, or whose bill is above £650, are encouraged to contact their bill issuer directly to discuss alternative payment options.
IOMPO is sharing this information well in advance to allow the bill issuers to prepare and support their customers. Bills can continue to be paid at any Post Office counter until 31st March 2026.
IOMPO wishes to thank customers for their understanding as these essential changes are implemented.
