- an issue text with a brief history of the Manx Grand Prix and those featured on the stamp
Two photos used on the cover are the same as those used in David Wright's book, 100 Years of the Manx Grand Prix - Racing out of the Shadows.
- Left Hand side (Greyscale) - The start of the 1923 event
- Right Hand Side (Full Colour) - Andrew Soar, winner of the 2014 Senior Manx Grand Prix, who has tragically died during the six-lap senior TT race on 10th June 2016.
