- Call into your nearest parcel collection point as detailed on your Notice Left Card to collect your package. Please bring photographic proof of ID (passport or driving license) with you to collect your package.
- Complete the form below to arrange a re-delivery.
- Complete the form below to arrange a collection from an alternative collection site.
If requesting a redelivery and anyone in your household self-isolating please could you place a sign in your window so we know to adopt our safe delivery procedures.
