If we’ve tried to deliver an item to your address and you were not available to accept this item, we will leave you a notice left card.


Arrange a redelivery or collection:

  1. Call into your nearest parcel collection point as detailed on your Notice Left Card to collect your package. Please bring photographic proof of ID (passport or driving license) with you to collect your package.
  2. Complete the form below to arrange a re-delivery.
  3. Complete the form below to arrange a collection from an alternative collection site.
