Our Signed For service gives you proof of postage, and proof that your mail has arrived at its destination. This product also provides a higher compensation of £50 for loss or damage than a standard letter or packet.
Signed For is a service for the Isle of Man, UK and Channel Islands which gives peace of mind with proof of delivery and the aim of next working day delivery.

Signed For can purchased from one of the conveniently located sub-post offices Island-wide or from our delivery offices in Douglas and Ramsey. Simply complete the postage slip, and hand over to the counter. To find your nearest available location to purchase Signed For click here. If you are an existing business account holder but do not have an online account you need to register for an online business account before using the online services. If, however, you have an online account you can login and start the application process for a Signed For collection online.

From Friday 1st January 2021, the requirement for accurate customs documentation for items containing goods sent to Rest of World addresses will also apply to European destinations and the Channel Islands. When mailing items containing goods to outside of the UK, you will need to accurately complete and sign a customs declaration. If using Signed For to send items to the Channel Islands, you will need to to complete a customs declaration.
