Integrated Mailing Solutions is the specialist business communications division of the Isle of Man Post Office.
We offer a range of options for sending your mail internationally and all mail posted from the Isle of Man is dispatched on our dedicated aircraft into Royal Mail’s delivery network, meaning fast and reliable delivery to most international destinations.
If you know the size and weight of your mail, this will help you decide which service you require, any counter staff will also be able to help and advise.
We also offer tracked and signed services for your peace of mind and added reassurance.
With effect from 20th July 2020, Isle of Man Post Office will be reluctantly introducing price changes for mail destined to the USA, as a result of a Universal Postal Union settlement regarding new tariffs imposed by the USA. Business customers using dockets can find a supplementary sheet to complete as a download at the bottom of the page. |Maximum length + width + depth||900mm|
|Maximum size for cylindrical packages||
Length + twice diameter: less than 1040mm
(with the greatest single dimension being less than 900mm)

Please note: insurance against loss or damage is not available for our International Airmail services.
Therefore if you are sending something of value please consider the International Tracking and Signature services or Parcelforce services (below).
Our International Tracked and Signed services have compensation of up to £50 as standard, and the option of extra compensation up to £250.
If your item is too heavy, valuable or time critical to be sent using our standard mail services, our range of international Parcelforce services can provide what you need.
