If your international mail is too heavy, valuable or time critical to be sent using our standard mail services, Isle of Man Post Office is an agent for Parcelforce and their services can provide what you need. Parcels for the Channel Islands and further afar are sent using the International Parcelforce service.

Due to the evolving exceptional circumstances, Parcelforce are closely monitoring the situation at an individual country level. Because of this, they are also suspending their international delivery guarantees as they may experience some delivery delays. Please note that the majority of their international partners are also suspending requirements for signature on delivery, and therefore they are unable to guarantee to you that signature on delivery will be obtained outside of the UK.
They are still processing your international parcels until they are informed otherwise by their overseas partners. In the majority of cases their services are continuing as normal. Please note that there are some regions/pockets within countries where parcels are currently unable to be processed by their partners and are therefore being exported back. Please check their service updates page for information and check your recipient will be able to receive your parcel, before you send.
