Our dedicated mail plane ensures items are connected swiftly to Royal Mail's delivery network where tracked items are given priority handling in the UK.
All international tracked and signed services include online proof of delivery and £50 compensation in the event of loss or damage, as standard. Compensation up to £250 is available and can be purchased for a small fee.

International tracked and signed services can only be used for items weighing up to 2kg and maximum dimensions length + width + height less than 900mm with the longest side no greater than 600mm. If you need to send larger or heavier items please use Parcelforce.

From Friday 1st January 2021, the requirement for accurate customs documentation for items containing goods sent to Rest of World addresses will also apply to European destinations and the Channel Islands. When mailing items containing goods to outside of the UK, you will need to accurately complete and sign a customs declaration. A CN22A/B should be used when sending items valued at less than £270, for items with a value higher than this a CN23 should be used.

The standard compensation for an item sent by International Tracked and Signed services is £50, however extra compensation of up to £250 is available if required (depending on country of acceptance).
If the destination country accepts items containing cash, the maximum compensation payable for loss of cash is £100.
Mobile phones may be sent by International Tracked and Signed, but the maximum compensation for any loss or damage is limited to £50.
International Tracked and Signature items require a signature to be taken on delivery therefore they cannot be sent to PO Boxes, unless the destination country is in Africa or the Middle East. International Tracked and Signature cannot be sent to pack stations in any country.
