With our guaranteed service, Special Delivery, you can send valuable or urgent items to the Isle of Man, UK and Channel Islands with guaranteed delivery by 9am or 1pm the next working day. Furthermore, Special Delivery offers you:
Simply take your mail to any of our post offices, complete the Special Delivery postage slip, hand over at the counter and pay for any additional compensation or service level (delivery by 9am; Saturday guarantee).

Royal Mail have changed the timed guarantee on all of their services - this applies to customers sending items to the UK, the Channel Islands and internationally.
Guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am the next working day will change to 11am the next working day*
Guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day will change to 4pm the next working day*
This includes items where a Saturday guarantee has been purchased.

For a small fee, we will accept your items on Friday for 9:00am* or 1:00pm delivery on Saturday. Saturday delivery cannot be accepted for some businesses including:
The maximum weight limit for Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm items is 20kg. The maximum weight limit for Special Delivery guaranteed by 9am items is 2kg.
The maximum size 610 x 460 x 460mm. Maximum size for rolls etc is length plus two times the diameter must be no greater than 1040mm with a length of no more than 900mm.
Yes. Please keep your proof of posting receipt. If your item is not delivered on time we'll refund your money providing you have your proof of posting and claim within 14 days of posting. If your item gets lost or damaged while it's in our care, you can make a claim for compensation.
When we deliver your item we'll collect a signature to confirm receipt. We then update our online Track & Trace tool with details of the delivery time and date.
We deliver most items the next working day by 9:00am or 1:00 pm – depending on the service you select. We also deliver on Saturdays if the item arrives at our local delivery office that day, but we can't guarantee delivery.
