From Friday 1st January 2021, the requirement for accurate customs documentation for items containing goods sent to Rest of World addresses will also apply to European destinations and the Channel Islands. When mailing items containing goods to outside of the UK, you will need to accurately complete and sign a customs declaration. If using Special Delivery to send items to the Channel Islands, you will need to to complete a customs declaration.

From Monday 7th August 2023, the dedicated mail delivery aircraft operated by Royal Mail will cease flights to and from Jersey, and all inbound and outbound mail will be carried by ferry services with a two-day delivery time.
From this date, the guarantee for Special Delivery items posted to JE postcodes (JE1-4) will no longer be guaranteed next day and will change to within two working days by 5.30pm. Special delivery to Jersey will continue to have full tracking across delivery points, signature on delivery and compensation cover benefits. Services to Guernsey are unaffected by this change. Further information about Royal Mail’s changes to their terms can be found on their website.

For a small fee, we will accept your items on Friday for 9:00am* or 1:00pm delivery on Saturday. Saturday delivery cannot be accepted for some businesses including:
The maximum weight limit for Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm items is 20kg. The maximum weight limit for Special Delivery guaranteed by 9am items is 2kg.
The maximum size 610 x 460 x 460mm. Maximum size for rolls etc is length plus two times the diameter must be no greater than 1040mm with a length of no more than 900mm.
Yes. Customers have up to 12 months to claim if your item is not delivered on time we'll refund your money providing you have your proof of posting. If your item gets lost or damaged while it's in our care, you can make a claim for compensation.
When we deliver your item we'll collect a signature to confirm receipt. We then update our online Track & Trace tool with details of the delivery time and date.
We deliver most items the next working day by 9:00am or 1:00 pm – depending on the service you select. We also deliver on Saturdays if the item arrives at our local delivery office that day, but we can't guarantee delivery.
